About our Cookies
In July 2023, we proudly opened our retail space on Friary Street in Kilkenny. There, we serve our renowned artisan baked goods and award-winning Bell Lane Coffee, as well as delicious breakfast and lunch options to enjoy on-the-go. Our mini-market area is a firm favourite for gift options, showcasing some amazing food producers and craftspeople from the local area.

Our artisan cookies are hand-crafted with finesse and care. This attention to detail and time spent perfecting our signature taste has led to our products becoming well-known and much-loved by our customers.
Our selection caters for a wide range of tastes:
If it's a traditional chocolate chip that you're looking for, we use high-end Belgian chocolate for our milk and white chocolate chip cookies, which really heightens the flavour.
We also offer a variety of 'speciality flavours', including the ever-popular Kinder Cookie, along with other flavours such as Galaxy, Terry's Chocolate Orange, M&M Crisp, Oreo, Mint Aero & White Chocolate, Reese's and Sea-salted Daim.
Our Vegan and Gluten-Free Cookie options ensure that dietary requirements can be catered for without losing out on taste.

Brian Walsh, Owner
The Cookie Co-op is a family business founded by Brian Walsh.
We first began trading in July 2020 at the local Farmers’ Market in Kilkenny. From there, we have developed a wholesale supply business for local cafés, as well as introducing a nationwide next-day delivery system. Using DPD, our cookies can now be enjoyed by customers all across the country. We also trade weekly at Kilkenny Farmers’ Market on a Thursday, and Mountain View Markets in Ballyhale, County Kilkenny on a Sunday.
We are based in a commercial kitchen in Kilkenny City, where we confidently produce our products in line with HSE guidelines and quality control requirements.
